Environmental Sustainability Manager, Vancouver Coastal Health
Sonja Janousek manages the development and implementation of environmental sustainability policy, strategic communications, and capacity building across the health system for Vancouver Coastal Health. She brings over eight years of international experience in sustainable tourism, economic development, and education for sustainability. Throughout her career, she has collaborated on impactful regional and ecological projects with global organizations, including the Canadian International Development Agency, UNESCO Bangkok, and the IUCN Pacific Region.
