Cassandra Mah – Program Coordinator, Healthy Capital

Cassandra Mah is a policy researcher and strategist who seeks to align social, environmental, and economic policy to strengthen upstream determinants of health for all.

With a BA from Simon Fraser University and an MPA from the UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose, she brings public health and public policy perspectives to complex societal challenges. Drawing on international experience convening researchers, governments, health authorities, and communities, she has led research and policy projects spanning health economics and quality of life, healthcare quality, urban transformation, food procurement, and arts and culture.

Combining analytical depth, strategic thinking, and partnership building, Cassandra’s work has developed tools and frameworks to improve institutional capabilities for planetary health transitions.
